How It Works
Earn Reward Balance every time you shop with us. For every $100 spent on product subtotal, you earn $1 in Reward Balance. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and redeemed rewards are not included in the calculation.
Example:
If your product subtotal is $75, you will earn $0.75 in Reward Balance.
When Rewards Are Earned
Reward Balance is credited once your order has shipped. If an order is canceled or adjusted, any related rewards will be removed or updated accordingly.
Once issued, your Reward Balance is available immediately and can be used on your next purchase.
To earn rewards, you must be logged into your account at the time of checkout.
Eligibility
Only registered customers who are logged in are eligible to earn and redeem Reward Balance. Purchases made using guest checkout do not qualify for rewards.
Using Your Reward Balance
There is no minimum or maximum amount required to use your Reward Balance. You may apply any portion of your available balance and can combine it with promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
Checking Your Reward Balance
To view your Reward Balance and transaction history, log in to your account and navigate to My Account → My Rewards.
Applying Rewards at Checkout
During checkout, you will have the option to apply your Reward Balance on the payment step. Simply enter the amount you wish to use, and it will be deducted from your order total.
