Analytical Verification: HPLC and Mass Spectrometry

Mass spectrometry (MS) complements this process by determining the molecular mass of compounds within a sample. Recommended Peptide Purity Levels

While Deluxe Peptides™ supplies only very high-purity research peptides, it is important to recognize that acceptable purity levels may vary depending on the intended research application. For many advanced applications, peptides with greater than 95–98% purity are strongly recommended. In other cases, lower purity preparations may be acceptable where trace impurities do not interfere with experimental outcomes.
